Please Welcome John Geary Cottrell as President of Liberty Staffing USA!
It is with great excitement that we announce the appointment of John Geary Cottrell as President of Liberty Staffing USA, LLC effective January 1, 2018. Mr. Cottrell is a retired Army Command Sergeant Major who served our country for 25 years. When you get some time with him, ask about some of his military experiences, it is a priceless insight into his past. Mr. Cottrell has been in the staffing industry since 1999 and wrote our first Safety Manual in 2001, which developed into the Standard Operating Procedure we use today.

Ironically, our company was inspired and established by a group of innovative staffing professionals at an Independence Day backyard barbeque. So much has changed in 4 years. We opened our first office in Lake Wales in 2012. Liberty Staffing started with a focus on on-site recruiting for Florida’s Citrus Industry.

Kansas City is off and running!
Liberty Staffing’s Kansas City Branch opened their doors in October 2015. Brian, the local manager and his staff were already filling orders and billing for new clients before they even had an office space. Now that they moved into the new office, things are moving full speed ahead and 2016 has started with a huge bang!

Congratulations Phil on the New KIA!
Phil is our CFO, who is located in the Corporate office down in sunny Florida. Recently, he decided that it was time for a new car. Since we work extensively with the automotive industry and different parts manufacturers for KIA in Alabama, Phil began to consider a KIA. After searching high and low, he decided on a new KIA Optima.

Vince Takes On the Wild, Wild West!
Liberty Staffing’s President and CEO, Vincent Licata, has been busy scoping out new opportunities and finding the best people to join our team, as we continue our rapid expansion in 2016. He spent several weeks traveling up and down the West Coast of America between January and March. Early in the year, he spent time in Kansas City working with the local team and welcoming them aboard.
